Sandra works with organizations across all sectors in building high-performing teams. She has 25 years of corporate finance and motivational experience at executive levels and she brings a unique perspective to the THW team in her work on compensation, incentives, governance, and assessing the value of work.
Sandra holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and she is also a designated CPA and CA. She is based in Toronto.

Paul has more than 25 years of international Human Resource experience. He consults on international Human Resource matters and improving the return on investment in people. He works with Boards and executive management on compensation, global reward systems, and multi-culture change initiatives, global asset management strategies for pension and savings plans, established captive insurance arrangements for managing employee benefit-risk, and global employment entities for effecting mobile talent programs.
Paul has worked with Japan Tobacco International (formerly RJR Nabisco) as Vice President, Human Resources, led the global reward practice at Alcan, globalizing and integrating HR practice following the merger with Pechiney, identifying $20m of savings, and as interim HR lead at AngloGold Ashanti in South Africa. He led the HR teams in the $8 billion acquisition of RJR International by Japan Tobacco in 55 countries and the $12m IPO of Novelis Inc. He has also led national practices at two major professional services firms.
He is a former member of the Conference Board of Canada’s Council of Human Resources Executives and other Human Resource advisory roles, with global speaking engagements and articles on human resources published internationally, he was also editor of a major international human resource reference work.
Tina Mbinda

Tina is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with extensive experience providing oversight and direction across the entire HR spectrum specializing in pay, incentives and the organization of work.
During her 15+ years career, Tina has worked with organizations such as the College of Family Physicians of Canada, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre, The World Agroforestry Centre, CARE Canada, and War Child Canada. She has been responsible for the growth and development of the Human Resources function, has led compensation projects as a subject matter expert for the formal job evaluation process, and developed and implemented HR policies aligned with industry standards, best practices, and legislative requirements.
Tina is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association and is located in the GTA.

Damir is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with fifteen years of international compensation and accounting experience obtained through a career with global industry leaders in banking, mining and hospitality in the Middle East and Canada.
With a focus on executive compensation, Damir has successfully helped many companies align Executive team and Board directors compensation. He is skilled in sales compensation design, Hay job evaluation and performance management methodologies.
Damir is a member of GTA Rewards Association and World@Work and is located in Toronto.

She is a well rounded HR professional and has contributed in areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development, Compensation Management and Change Management.
Teena has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Post Graduation in Business Administration specialising in HR. She has a keen business acumen and endeavours at achieving Business Excellence through HR Solutions.

Geetha has an extensive Human Resource background with over ten years experience in client service environments within government, public corporations and the non-for-profit sector. She is a resourceful and analytical professional currently working towards her CHRL designation. Anna is a Certified Compensation Management professional (CMS) with fifteen years of international HR and compensation experience. She has a wide breadth of compensation experience having worked with a diverse group of global industry leaders in mining, manufacturing, professional services and telecommunications in Europe and Canada.
With a focus on compensation design, Anna has successfully consulted to many organizations to provide recommendations aligned with organizational HR philosophy and strategy. In working with clients, Anna arrives at workable solutions and is skilled at developing a wide range of compensation tools, including customized job evaluations models, market reference and annual merit compensation tools.
